<div style="text-align: left">Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas</div><div style="text-align: left">We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security and commercial applications</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">We are looking for a Development Manager to lead the development of advanced Electro-Optical assemblies at our Rehovot site, specializing in high-power laser systems</div><div style="text-align: left">The position involves managing the design and development of cutting-edge multi-disciplinary Electro-Optical systems, with a focus on military-grade laser technologies</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Responsibilities</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead planning, synchronization, and coordination of development activities across engineering disciplines and stakeholders (e.g., program managers, customers, subcontractors, support and production teams)</div><div style="text-align: left">Make critical development decisions and approve key milestones</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure compliance with project management requirements (schedule, scope, quality, budget, customer satisfaction)</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee technical system requirements and lead formal technical events (IPTs, design reviews, integration, testing, trials)</div><div style="text-align: left">Prioritize engineering activities and evaluate alternatives across disciplines</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop prototypes and conduct complex experiments to support risk reduction and capability validation</div><div style="text-align: left">Allocate appropriate development resources and ensure delivery of system commitments</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Engineering </div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven leadership and team management skills with excellent interpersonal abilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong system-level understanding and multidisciplinary engineering knowledge</div><div style="text-align: left">Fast learner with the ability to integrate into new technological domains</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in workplan creation, risk management, and budget control</div><div style="text-align: left">Minimum 5 years of experience leading development processes in complex multi-disciplinary system programs</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in military Electro-Optical system development </div><div style="text-align: left">High commitment and willingness to work intensively over extended periods</div>
