<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For the Aerospace Division's Finance unit, at the company site in Haifa, we are</div><div style="text-align: left"> seeking a Head of Cash Flow and Financial Processes</div><div style="text-align: left">You will manage the division’s cash flow, lead financial control processes, and serve as a key partner to management in driving financial efficiency and decision‑making</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage the division’s cash flow – oversee and monitor cash balance, collection, and payments</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead cost control for all salary components and manpower planning at the divisional level</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure effective and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports</div><div style="text-align: left">Perform cross‑divisional economic analyses, supporting business insights and financial planning using multiple data sources</div><div style="text-align: left">Monitor divisional activity forecasts versus the U.S., including coordination of deliveries and new orders</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Industrial Engineering and Management</div><div style="text-align: left">Master’s degree – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in public companies</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience as a Finance Manager in industrial or high‑tech companies – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience and familiarity with financial information systems – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b><br></b></div>
