<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for</div><div style="text-align: left">A Systems Engineer for airborne platforms at our company site in Rosh HaAyin, specializing in UAVs or fixed-wing aircraft.</div><div style="text-align: left">You will join a team developing unmanned ground and airborne systems powered by advanced control and flight applications.</div><div style="text-align: left">If you love bridging engineering vision with operational reality, working at multidisciplinary intersections, and shaping products at the forefront of technology – come be part of our team at Elbit's C4I and Cyber division.</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop, characterize and lead unmanned airborne and ground platforms end-to-end</div><div style="text-align: left">Author system documents and specifications, conduct design reviews, and lead system integrations and trials</div><div style="text-align: left">Work closely with domestic and international customers and support complex multidisciplinary projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with software, firmware, hardware, mechanical and aerodynamics teams and drive processes within a matrix organization</div><div style="text-align: left">Gain exposure to advanced technological domains and have a broad <br>impact on development directions and solutions<br><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in multidisciplinary systems or as a technical lead in the development of airborne platforms such as UAVs or VTOL systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in technical leadership and integration management within a matrix organization working with multidisciplinary teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Background from UAV flight operations or drone units - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Prior experience at unmanned aircraft companies - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge and experience in areas such as propulsion, power sources, flight control, navigation, sensors and payloads, guidance and homing</div><div style="text-align: left">Very high level of English, including writing technical documents and specifications, working with customers and conducting design reviews</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal skills, professional maturity, ability to lead and deliver results in a multi-interface environment</div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Rosh HaAyin</div>
