<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for</div><div style="text-align: left">A System Engineering Team Leader to join our C4I & Cyber Division in Netanya, leading multidisciplinary efforts that deliver cutting‑edge Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I) solutions to global customers.</div><div style="text-align: left">If you are ready to lead with impact, influence advanced defense technology, and join a team that thrives on innovation and collaboration — this role is for you.</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead a diverse group of engineers and professionals to design, integrate, and deliver advanced C4I systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate networking and communication activities within the department, ensuring system excellence</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee project management reviews including SOW, PDR, CDR, SRR, FAT, and SAT</div><div style="text-align: left">Define system architectures translating operational needs into technical requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage agile work plans and maintain alignment across stakeholders and disciplines</div><div style="text-align: left">Support international programs from concept through deployment abroad</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams – defense industry experience is an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven expertise in networking and communication protocols</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands‑on experience in project management and agile methodologies</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Fluency in English and willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Netanya</div>
