<div style="text-align: left">For a groundbreaking, unique, and innovative technological project, we are seeking an experienced <b>Physicist / R&D Engineer</b> to join a research and development team specializing in the development of physical devices, high‑voltage systems, and advanced fast‑switching components, with an emphasis on HPM (High‑Power Microwave) and pulsed‑power applications</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Responsibilities:</b></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Research and development of physical devices and advanced experimental systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Design, setup, and execution of complex experiments, including high‑voltage and high‑current test configurations</div><div style="text-align: left">Development of fast‑switching components for high‑voltage and high‑current systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Development of semiconductor switching devices for high‑voltage and high‑current applications</div><div style="text-align: left">Performing analyses, processing, and interpretation of experimental data</div><div style="text-align: left">Conducting physical calculations using simulation and control tools</div><div style="text-align: left">Independent, end‑to‑end work: studying professional literature, developing implementation processes, characterization, experimentation, and data analysis</div><div style="text-align: left">Development of unique devices for high‑power microwave (HPM) / pulsed‑power systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Preparing technical reports and presenting professional deliverables</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaboration with academic partners and multidisciplinary teams</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements:</b></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">MSc in Physics or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related physical research field (with a BSc in Physics) – mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience of at least 5 years in developing physical devices, high‑voltage systems, or fast‑switching components – mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Significant Advantages:</b></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">PhD degree</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with vacuum, high‑voltage, plasma, or pulsed‑power systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness and ability to work outside the company site when required</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">The position is based at the Holon site and requires occasional business travel between the Holon and </div><div style="text-align: left">Yokneam locations</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only suitable applications will be answered</div><div><div style="text-align: left">#Holon</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div></div>
