<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For Elbit Systems Aerospace Division Haifa site, we are seeking a Program Manager</div><div style="text-align: left">This is an opportunity to lead a strategic and complex program involving the development and integration of advanced weapon systems on rotary‑wing platforms</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage and lead a comprehensive program that includes</div><div style="text-align: left">Integration of advanced armament onto European customer helicopters</div><div style="text-align: left">Contract management and interface with the customer</div><div style="text-align: left">Leadership of licensing processes and compliance with European standards</div><div style="text-align: left">Management of supply chain and operations for serial production of weapon systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Strengthening the relationship with the end customer</div><div style="text-align: left">Supporting marketing efforts and business expansion activities</div><div style="text-align: left">Defining the technical and operational characteristics of the solution</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary programs or projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with customers and partners in Europe</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel frequently abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English, including verbal communication</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with airborne weapon systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Relevant military background (aircrew, artillery, etc.)</div><div style="text-align: left">Engineering background – Systems, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
