<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">We are looking for:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">A highly experienced hardware engineer to join a leading defense company operating at the forefront of technology and contributing daily to Israel’s security</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">This role involves technological leadership in developing advanced digital cards and joining a dynamic hardware team engaged in in-depth engineering tasks</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">If you’re looking for a place where technology meets purpose and your work truly makes an impact – this is your opportunity</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">In this role:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead end-to-end development activities in digital hardware design, including designing complex high-speed digital circuits based on advanced processors</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">programmable devices (FPGA), high-speed memories, and high-rate communication interfaces</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Perform design, integration, and troubleshooting, including investigating complex failures and conducting debugging at both the card and system level in the lab</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in software (Embedded), mechanics, RF, and production to deliver integrated engineering solutions</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Provide technical leadership within the team, support junior engineers, and lead design reviews</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">5-7 years of experience in digital hardware development (Board Design)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Hands-on experience in designing boards based on processors, FPGA, DDR memories, and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Familiarity with layout processes, design for manufacturability (DFM), and NPI support</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Independent, self-motivated, curious, and highly responsible</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">#Netanya</div>
