This is a key and dynamic role at the heart of the company's business operations, combining financial management, planning, and partnership with multiple stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure business success in a leading and meaningful defense organization </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will </div><div style="text-align: left">Manage financial aspects of programs </div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare financial forecasts and profit and loss reports </div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare annual budgets and monitor execution </div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare and report business results including sales, collections, new orders, and quarterly financial reports </div><div style="text-align: left">Perform cash flow and sensitivity analyses </div><div style="text-align: left">Work closely with managers across the organization while coordinating with multiple interfaces including program management, production, engineering, and procurement </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements </b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.A. in Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management, M.A. - Advantage </div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in financial forecasting, financial reporting, and budget control </div><div style="text-align: left">High analytical ability, strong business understanding, and strategic thinking </div><div style="text-align: left">Accuracy, independence, initiative, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, and quick learning capability </div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to drive and coordinate multiple interfaces across the organization </div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English </div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with information systems (mainly MS Office and ERP applications) - Advantage for familiarity with logistical or financial systems </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
