In this role you will take part in leading the engineering activities in aerospace projects and accompany innovative composite structures from design to serial production. Join us and become part of an organization that drives technological excellence and meaningful achievements in the defense industry</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead engineering activities in aerospace projects including preparation and management of the engineering plan for transferring composite structure design to prototype and serial production</div><div style="text-align: left">Define manufacturing processes and required technologies</div><div style="text-align: left">Characterize and determine the requirements for tool design</div><div style="text-align: left">Define and support production processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage project execution ensuring adherence to schedule and cost requirements</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of relevant industrial experience- Experience leading projects and tasks in a matrix work environment - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in CAD software - Advantage for CATIA</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with composite structures - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal skills with teamwork ability independence and initiative</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
