This is a leadership role in a professional aerospace environment, managing laboratory operations and ensuring the highest quality testing standards for materials and components in alignment with customer and aviation requirements. Join a team that combines professionalism, teamwork, and innovation in one of Israel’s leading aerospace manufacturing companies</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage a team of laboratory technicians</div><div style="text-align: left">Hold professional responsibility for performing tests on materials and components according to customer and aerospace standards</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee daily laboratory operations including equipment calibration, stock monitoring, and laboratory maintenance</div><div style="text-align: left">Write professional specifications and procedures</div><div style="text-align: left">Report deviations promptly and take an active part in failure investigations</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide professional training and mentoring for laboratory staff</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Materials Engineering - Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">M.Sc. in Materials Engineering - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience working in a materials laboratory - Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in manufacturing and testing of composite materials - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in manufacturing and testing of metallic materials and/or chemical testing - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience managing a small team and familiarity with aerospace standards such as AS9100 and NADCAP - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong command of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with multiple interfaces, customers, and suppliers in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to lead employees and cross-organizational processes with assertiveness and system-wide understanding</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and high self-learning capability</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
