Join a team that combines professionalism, innovation, and applied engineering in one of Israel’s leading aerospace companies</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Support and guide projects and installations involving metallic, coating, and painting processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Monitor and improve manufacturing processes including process parameters and product quality</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide technological solutions for production process challenges</div><div style="text-align: left">Define and characterize materials and processes according to customer requirements and ensure their implementation in production</div><div style="text-align: left">Write process specifications and engineering documentation</div><div style="text-align: left">Train and support production teams professionally</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 2 years of experience as a process engineer in coating and chemical line environments</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with chemical processes for aluminum such as chemical conversion, chemical milling, and anodizing, as well as aerospace painting - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong analytical and systematic thinking, independence, initiative, creativity, and leadership skills</div><div style="text-align: left">High interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to take on a challenging full-time position</div><div style="text-align: left">Very good level of English</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
