This is a key leadership role managing end-to-end programs in the aerospace manufacturing field. Join a company that drives technological excellence and meaningful impact in the defense industry, working on diverse and complex projects that connect innovation, teamwork, and operational performance</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage projects in the aerospace manufacturing domain</div><div style="text-align: left">Take full responsibility for programs from proposal stage through initiation, execution, and completion, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality, schedule, and budget</div><div style="text-align: left">Monitor project budget performance and cost control</div><div style="text-align: left">Maintain active presence on production lines and accompany the program both on site and with the customer</div><div style="text-align: left">Perform continuous risk management and lead mitigation activities to reduce risk levels and achieve targets</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead ongoing communication and coordination with customers</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage overall project execution according to work plans ensuring achievement of operational and business objectives</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead in a matrix environment across multiple technical and business disciplines</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure milestone delivery on time and within agreed budget</div><div style="text-align: left">Serve as point of contact for customers and manage all program-related interactions</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee program financial indicators including sales performance, profit and loss, and payments</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Engineering, Technology, or Business</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in program or project management</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in customer interface management - Significant advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Leadership capabilities with experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple interfaces</div><div style="text-align: left">System-level thinking and independent decision-making ability</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Very good level of English</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
