<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev (alternative work location possible in Haifa) we are looking for a Head of Aerospace Structural Design Team to join our team. This is a senior, hands-on engineering leadership role that combines people management with technical excellence, leading structural design for airborne platforms and advanced aerospace products in a company that develops world-class technologies with meaningful impact in the defense industry</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and manage a team of mechanical designers responsible for design of installations on aerospace platforms and development of new aerospace products</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide professional and managerial leadership for the design team</div><div style="text-align: left">Guide and supervise design and development processes of aerospace structures and systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide engineering oversight and approval of structural design work</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering - Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience in structural design and aircraft modifications - Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience leading a team of engineers - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience with CAD software - CATIA 5 - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with civil and military aviation standards</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to learn new domains independently and manage multiple tasks as required</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
