This is a key leadership role managing multidisciplinary projects in the aerospace manufacturing domain, with full responsibility for establishing a new production line at the company’s site in the USA. Join a dynamic environment combining engineering, operations, and business management, and take part in programs that shape the future of aerospace manufacturing</div><div style="text-align: left"><b><br></b></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage multidisciplinary projects in the aerospace production field</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the establishment program of a new production line at the company’s facility in the USA</div><div style="text-align: left">Take full responsibility for the program from initiation to complete implementation while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality goals, timelines, and budget</div><div style="text-align: left">Maintain active presence at production lines abroad and work closely with the customer</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct ongoing risk management, identify potential challenges, and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the project work plan while meeting operational and business targets and customer requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage in a matrix environment across multiple technical and managerial disciplines</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure achievement of milestones on time and within the agreed budget</div><div style="text-align: left">Maintain direct and quality relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact (POC)</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee program financial indicators including sales performance, profit and loss, and payments</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Engineering, Technology, or Business</div><div style="text-align: left">Technical background - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in program or project management</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience managing customer interfaces - Significant advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Leadership experience in a matrix environment and working with multiple interfaces</div><div style="text-align: left">Strategic and system-wide thinking with independent decision-making ability</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Availability for frequent travel abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
