<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for a Material Planner to take ownership of end-to-end material planning in a dynamic, defense-industry environment. This is an opportunity to play a central role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, from customer order receipt through to material availability, while collaborating across multiple disciplines.</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Own full responsibility for material planning from customer order receipt through to inventory availability</div><div style="text-align: left">Implement make/buy decisions based on capabilities, capacity, and cost considerations</div><div style="text-align: left">Analyze Long Lead Items (LLI) and drive mitigation actions to reduce lead times, both internally and externally</div><div style="text-align: left">Plan and analyze material procurement needs, run MRP and issue purchasing requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Continuously track material convergence from purchase requisition through to warehouse receipt</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with multiple interfaces including operations, engineering, parallel planning teams, quality, warehousing, and procurement</div><div style="text-align: left">Monitor operational, logistical, and project KPIs including OTD and inventory turns, and maintain system parameters to ensure delivery commitments</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics / Logistics, or a practical engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain role within the defense industry</div><div style="text-align: left">High proficiency in MS Office applications</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge of ERP, BI tools, and data analysis</div><div style="text-align: left">English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks and interfaces simultaneously</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal skills, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and a drive for excellence</div><div style="text-align: left">Previous experience in a multi-interface environment including routine management and risk management - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
