<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">A Flight Control, Estimation, and Guidance Engineer to join our Aerospace Division at the Haifa site. In this role, you will take part in the development and implementation of next-generation flight control algorithms, contributing to innovative aerospace systems that push technological boundaries. Join our dynamic and collaborative Flight Sciences group and be part of shaping the future of autonomous flight and guidance technologies</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Design, model, and implement flight control and guidance algorithms for aircraft and UAV systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct research and simulation activities related to estimation, navigation, and optimal control</div><div style="text-align: left">Work with Matlab, Simulink, and 6DOF simulation environments to validate control solutions</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the Aerospace Division</div><div style="text-align: left">Support flight testing, data analysis, and performance evaluation</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related Engineering field</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge and hands-on experience in flight control system design and implementation</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with estimation methods such as Kalman filters and optimal control theory (H∞, LQR) - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with terminal guidance algorithms - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with Matlab, Simulink, and programming languages such as C/C++</div><div style="text-align: left">Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
