If you’re passionate about development, combining precision engineering with technological innovation, and wish to be part of meaningful work shaping the next generation of aircraft – this place was built just for you</div><div style="text-align: left">Join a leading team in the design and development of aerial systems, in a multidisciplinary environment offering diverse engineering challenges</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Take part in the design of aircraft structures, mechanisms and systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead development and validation processes from concept stage through to serial production</div><div style="text-align: left">Improve and upgrade existing products</div><div style="text-align: left">Work closely with various engineering disciplines and accompany integration and production processes</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in mechanical design within the aviation industry - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with multidisciplinary systems, designing and manufacturing composite structures, mechanical integration, production support, testing and drawings (including experience from technical school, military service, university projects or self‑initiated MAKERS projects)</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge and understanding of structural strength analysis</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to write requirements specifications, design documents and technical reports</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands‑on technical experience from military, work or hobby activity - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">This position is part of a dedicated program aimed at increasing women’s representation in engineering professions and promoting an inclusive, empowering work environment that supports professional growth</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div>
