We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our dynamic Manufacturing Engineering team, leading complex electro-optical products from design through serial production<br>This role combines hands-on work on production lines with in-depth technical investigations and problem-solving in advanced military systems within a multidisciplinary environment<br><br><div>Responsibilities</div><div><br>Provide engineering leadership for products on production lines, ensuring real-time support and troubleshooting<br>Perform detailed investigations at the electronic board level, analyze failures, and resolve complex technical issues<br>Participate in design reviews and support NPI processes<br>Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad, delivering day-to-day engineering support<br>Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, implement engineering changes to improve product quality and production efficiency<br>Update technical documentation, work instructions, and engineering drawings<br>Work closely with development, integration, and production teams in an international environment<br>Train and support technical teams on production lines, both locally and overseas<br><br></div><div>Requirements</div><div><br>B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering<br>Minimum 3 years of industry experience, preferably in production or integration of complex systems<br>Experience in electronic board investigation<br>Strong hands-on skills – a significant advantage (soldering, testing, debugging)<br>Excellent ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings<br>Broad system-level understanding, creative thinking, and strong analytical problem-solving skills<br>High service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication across multiple interfaces (R&D, production, suppliers, etc.)<br>Experience working with subcontractors locally and overseas – an advantage<br>High motivation, professional curiosity, and a continuous drive to learn and grow</div><div><br>Only suitable applicants will be contacted*<br></div><div style="direction: ltr">#Sderot</div>
