<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">At Elbit Systems, we’re building something new at the intersection of Cloud, AI, and Defense, and we’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our site in Netanya.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">We’re looking for</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">A skilled and passionate Full Stack leader with a broad technical background in cloud and AI, eager to lead a multidisciplinary development team in the defense technology domain. You’ll lead the creation of a new product from concept to deployment in an environment where technology meets purpose.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Role Responsibilities</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Define the technological vision and lead architecture and stack selection</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Develop scalable, secure, and observable cloud-based microservices, including CI/CD pipelines</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, MLOps, model serving, and monitoring)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Hands-on Full Stack development: Backend (Node.js / Python / Java) and Frontend (React / Angular / Vue)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Design and maintain air‑gapped environments for critical systems operating securely without external connectivity</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Collaborate with Product, Data, DevOps, and Security teams, manage dependencies, and meet SLOs and SLAs</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Establish infrastructure for observability (logging, metrics, tracing), security (IAM, encryption, secrets), and cost efficiency</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">7+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in technical leadership or team management</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), including Kubernetes / Docker and IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong Full Stack expertise — backend services, APIs, databases, and modern frontend frameworks</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Proven experience building or maintaining air‑gapped or on‑prem systems including deployment and repository management</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">High-level English proficiency</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">*Only relevant applications will be answered<br>#Netanya</div>
