<div style="text-align: left">We’re looking for an experienced <b>Operations Research and Systems Analyst</b> to join our team in Holon. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement system level solutions that support performance evaluation, system design and decision making, applying your strengths in mathematical modeling, software development, and developing simulation and optimization solutions</div><div style="text-align: left"> </div><div style="text-align: left"><b>:In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Develop mathematical models, simulation tools and a digital twin to support performance evaluation, system design and decision making</div><div style="text-align: left">Apply operations research methods to analyze and</div><div style="text-align: left"> optimize system performance</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with cross functional teams to define</div><div style="text-align: left"> project requirements and system level design objectives</div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations and present them to management and stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>:Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">3–5 years of experience in operations research or systems analysis, including applying mathematical models, optimization and simulation to real world problems; experience in defense or military applications preferred</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with wireless and RF technologies is an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++) and solid understanding of database design principles and data management</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with GIS software (e.g. QGIS) and geospatial data integration preferred</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with machine learning techniques and data analytics tools is a plus</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex technical information to technical and non technical audiences</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to lead research efforts, manage multiple tasks in parallel and collaborate in cross functional teams</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left">#Holon</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
