The work includes full product lifecycle development—from system concept definition through design, integration, and implementation in customer systems—requiring a strong system-level understanding and hands-on board design expertise </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Responsibilities </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Design and development of electronic boards integrating advanced processors, FPGAs, DDR4/5 memories, and high-speed interfaces such as SerDes</div><div style="text-align: left">End-to-end design ownership including specification, schematic design, layout supervision, and design-for-test considerations</div><div style="text-align: left">Execution of design reviews, debugging, and validation activities</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including optics, mechanics, software, and system engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Contribution to system-level architecture and definition of electronic subsystems</div><div style="text-align: left">Support for system integration and customer interface activities</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized academic institution </div><div style="text-align: left">At least 7 years of hands-on experience in hardware board design and electronic card development </div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience with high-speed digital design, including DDR4/5, SerDes, and signal integrity considerations </div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent system-level understanding and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Full command of English (written and spoken) for document preparation and customer interaction </div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with environmental and EMC design standards – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in mixed analog/digital circuit design – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with FPGA/CPLD development processes (coding, simulation, synthesis, P&R) – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience leading small technical teams – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Personal Attributes</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of independence, initiative, and responsibility</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces in parallel<br>#Rehovot</div>
