<div style="direction: ltr">Elbit Systems is an international high-technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas.</div><div style="direction: ltr">We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land, and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security, and commercial applications.</div><div style="direction: ltr">We are looking for a System Engineer to join the NAVAL Systems team in our Rehovot site.</div><div style="direction: ltr">The team leads the development and integration of advanced systems for upgrading naval platforms, unmanned vessels, and marine sensors</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Responsibilities</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Lead the development and validation of complex multidisciplinary systems (System of Systems) with strong software and integration aspects, from solution definition to detailed design, lab testing, and customer delivery</div><div style="direction: ltr">Learn and own a specific system capability/content, translate it into clear requirements for software teams, and accompany it throughout development stages</div><div style="direction: ltr">Work closely with QA and development teams in the lab to verify implementation, support debugging, and drive closure of issues</div><div style="direction: ltr">Manage end-to-end validation flow: requirements → development → lab verification → field integration (Israel and abroad)</div><div style="direction: ltr">Participate in integration and tests conducted at company and customer sites, including field activities</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Relevant engineering degree</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in system engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems with significant software and integration aspects – mandatory</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience writing requirements for software teams and accompanying development through verification and integration (FRS and Software ICD's)</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience working with QA / lab testing / debugging in multidisciplinary environments – mandatory</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in developing marine systems – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Relevant naval background / technical background – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Ability to quickly learn and analyze complex topics, broad system - level perspective</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including the ability to motivate colleagues</div><div style="direction: ltr">Willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">*Only suitable will be contacted</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Rehovot</div>
