<div style="direction: ltr">Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas</div><div style="direction: ltr">We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security and commercial applications</div><div style="direction: ltr">We are looking for a Technical Project Manager – Naval Systems to join the ISTAR & EW Division</div><div style="direction: ltr">As part of our naval systems team, you will lead innovative projects in the field of unmanned surface vessels (USVs), vessel modernization, and combat management systems (CMS), shaping the future of maritime defense technologies</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div><div style="direction: ltr">Responsibilities</div><div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div><div style="direction: ltr">Serve as the chief engineering authority for complex naval projects</div><div style="direction: ltr">Lead technical coordination and oversight across all development teams and stakeholders</div><div style="direction: ltr">Ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements in terms of performance, quality, schedule, and budget</div><div style="direction: ltr">Manage the full engineering lifecycle: from requirements analysis and system design to implementation and delivery</div><div style="direction: ltr">Act as the primary engineering interface to program management</div></div></div></div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science – mandatory</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong naval or maritime background – significant advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Willingness to travel abroad as needed</div><div style="direction: ltr">Proven leadership experience (e.g., team leader, project lead) – mandatory</div><div style="direction: ltr">At least 5 years of experience in the development and integration of multi-disciplinary systems (software, hardware, mechanics)</div><div style="direction: ltr">Deep engineering knowledge and the ability to manage across various technical disciplines</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong decision-making skills, including prioritization, trade-off analysis, and engineering activity management</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">*Only suitable applicants will be contacted</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Haifa</div>
