text-align: left"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Responsibilities</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Team Leadership</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Direct management of software engineers, including professional mentoring, task prioritization, personal development, and conducting rigorous code reviews</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">System Architecture: Take full ownership of the implementation architecture across diverse hardware platforms, ensuring scalability and robustness for high-power laser and imaging systems</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Algorithm Implementation</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Develop and deploy sophisticated tracking and image enhancement algorithms, bridging the gap between classical signal processing and modern Neural Networks (NN)</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Hardware Optimization: Optimize and maximize real-time performance and throughput on heterogeneous hardware platforms (DSPs, SoCs, and AI Accelerators)</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">End-to-End Development: Lead the software lifecycle from high-level design to low-level implementation, ensuring seamless integration within multi-disciplinary systems</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Performance Engineering: Conduct deep-level profiling and optimization to meet stringent latency and power-consumption requirements in mission-critical environments</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">B.Sc. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering from a leading academic institution</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Embedded Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience in Real-Time (RT) Embedded software development and AI implementation</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in leading a development team or as a significant Technical Lead</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ with a focus on Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and architecture</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">System Knowledge: Extensive experience with Linux environments and multi-threaded programming in real-time contexts</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Leadership & Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead complex tasks independently while thriving in a collaborative team environmen</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a system-level perspective on complex hardware-software interactions</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Experience in GPU programming (CUDA/OpenCL) and hardware acceleration - advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr; text-align: left">Background in optimizing Deep Learning models for edge deployment (quantization, pruning) - advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr;
