<div style="text-align: left">Elbit Systems is a global high-technology company engaged in a wide range of programs worldwide, primarily in the defense and homeland security sectors</div><div style="text-align: left">We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land, and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security, and commercial applications</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">We are seeking an experienced and visionary Development Manager to lead the Airborne Imaging Team within the ISTAR & EW Division in Rehovot</div><div style="text-align: left">This team is responsible for the development of advanced airborne electro-optical systems for both fighter aircraft and strategic reconnaissance platforms, integrating cutting-edge hardware and software across multiple disciplines</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Key Responsibilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the development and production of a cutting-edge airborne imaging system, consisting of a multi-spectral electro-optical pod and an advanced ground-based mission planning and exploitation station</div><div style="text-align: left">Make critical development decisions through multidisciplinary trade-off analysis</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee the integration of hardware and software components, from prototyping to full system delivery</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide ongoing technical support to customers utilizing aerial imaging systems across various platforms and missions</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate system development activities across matrix teams, including mechanical, optical, software, and system engineers</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Engineering – required (Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, or related field)</div><div style="text-align: left">Minimum 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary system development projects in the electro-optical domain</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience with development and delivery of military-grade EO/IR systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong system engineering background in hardware/software intensive programs</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with work plan creation and project budget management</div><div style="text-align: left">Demonstrated technical leadership and system-level thinking</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to manage complex development processes in a matrix organization</div><div style="text-align: left">Quick learner with strong analytical skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of proficiency in English (spoken and </div><div style="text-align: left">written)</div><div style="text-align: left">#Rehovot</div>
