<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for</div><div style="text-align: left">A multidisciplinary engineer to lead the mechanical and electrical design and integration of C4I systems on military platforms</div><div style="text-align: left">This role involves end‑to‑end responsibility for the physical integration of communication and electronic systems — from concept to validation — with significant impact on operational performance and safety</div><div><div style="text-align: left">Key Responsibilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Serve as the technical lead for platform design and integration activities, guiding cross‑disciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left">Design mechanical mounting solutions and installation brackets for C4I equipment on military platforms</div><div style="text-align: left">Plan and design integration layouts including equipment placement, ergonomics, accessibility, and maintainability</div><div style="text-align: left">Design and route cable harnesses while ensuring mechanical, electrical, and environmental compliance</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead electrical design tasks related to power distribution, grounding, and system interface integration</div><div style="text-align: left">Incorporate safety principles and standards across all aspects of the platform design</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage design reviews to ensure compliance with system requirements and engineering best practices</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee and coordinate subcontractors including technical supervision and quality assurance</div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and installation guidelines</div><div style="text-align: left">Support integration, testing, and validation phases on‑site</div></div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">:Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in platform design, vehicle integration, or mechanical design for system installations</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge of cable harness design, electrical interfaces, and integration methodologies</div><div style="text-align: left">Understanding of ergonomics and human‑machine interface principles</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with safety standards and engineering best practices for platform integration</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to operate both at a system level and in detailed design</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent teamwork and communication skills with multidisciplinary collaboration orientation</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in communication systems, military platforms, or electronic equipment integration — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">High proficiency in English</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*<br>#Netanya</div></div>
