<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">We are looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and act as the operations product owner throughout the product lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left">This role serves as the main interface between development, operations, production, logistics, and service teams, ensuring smooth transition from development to production and sustain engineering</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Key Responsibilities:</div><div style="text-align: left">Main interface with product lines and development teams across all technical stages</div><div style="text-align: left">Operational Product Owner and operation gate owner</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes:</div><div style="text-align: left">Production readiness</div><div style="text-align: left">Zero series</div><div style="text-align: left">Series production</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive PLM leadership and smooth transition to operations (operational model)</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage Time to Production (TTP) as a clear KPI</div><div style="text-align: left">Define and implement product tree concepts & methodologies</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead COGS reduction initiatives through DFX, continuous improvements, and operational leadership</div><div style="text-align: left">Own change management processes (CCB, ECO/FCO KPIs, etc.)</div><div style="text-align: left">Define and execute turnkey strategies</div><div style="text-align: left">Address service and logistics field implications</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead handover to Production Engineering during the Sustain Engineering phase</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in NPI, R&R, or Engineering Program Management</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong understanding of manufacturing, operations, and product lifecycle management</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Production, Supply Chain)</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to manage KPIs and drive execution</div><div style="text-align: left">Good English communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">**Only suitable applications will be considered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Netanya</div>
