<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for</div><div style="text-align: left">For the company site in Ramat Gan, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Full-Stack Development Team Lead</div><div style="text-align: left">with a strong hands-on mindset to lead a development team building complex, data-intensive systems powered by AI engines.</div><div style="text-align: left">This position combines technical leadership with active development, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with data, product, and DevOps teams.</div><div style="text-align: left">Working in a defense technology company means contributing to advanced systems that make a real impact, where innovation, excellence, and purpose come together in every line of code.</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role</div><div style="text-align: left">You will lead and mentor a Full-Stack development team, perform code reviews, and plan development tasks</div><div style="text-align: left">You will remain highly hands-on in both backend and frontend development</div><div style="text-align: left">You will design and lead architectural decisions for AI-driven systems and data pipelines</div><div style="text-align: left">You will develop and integrate scalable, high-performance services while working with search, data processing, and analytics engines</div><div style="text-align: left">You will build and maintain event-driven and streaming-based systems</div><div style="text-align: left">You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, AI, and DevOps teams to ensure high code quality, performance, scalability, and stability</div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">:Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience leading a development team</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience as a hands-on software engineer in complex systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Practical experience working with AI tools and AI-powered systems, including integration and deployment of AI engines as part of production workflows</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong backend development experience with Java and/or Python</div><div style="text-align: left">Frontend development experience with React</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with Kafka</div><div style="text-align: left">Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with AI/ML engines or platforms — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in big data or large-scale data processing systems — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based environments — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with Apache Flink or other stream-processing engines — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience building real-time or analytical systems — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left">#Ramat Gan</div></div>
