Join a team of professionals driving forward-edge solutions that enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness on the modern battlefield.</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Define, integrate, and lead the development of multidisciplinary systems and services from design through delivery within Agile processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide a comprehensive system-wide vision and ensure coherence across workflows and system configurations</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead collaborative processes with operational and technical customers</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage a matrix-based development team while working closely with technological and business stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Rapidly learn new technologies and operate within a diverse and flexible team</div><div style="text-align: left">Design system architecture with emphasis on databases and overall system performance</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">:Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in System Engineering and Product Management</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge and hands-on experience with integrated, large-scale systems</div><div style="text-align: left">A strong background and experience in artillery systems, algorithms and operational doctrine </div><div style="text-align: left">Strong teamwork skills and ability to lead cross-organizational processes</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Broad system-level thinking and the capacity to plan and manage complex technological workflows</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with software technologies and operational environments</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong technical problem-solving capabilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Creativity, high self-learning ability, and strong analytical thinking with the ability to provide forward-looking, generic solutions</div><div style="text-align: left">Only suitable applicants will be contacted*<br>#Netanya</div></div>
