<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team in Natanya.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">As a key contributor, you will play an integral role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality C4I applications and user-facing products</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">for a wide range of operational platforms in Israel and abroad (land, sea, air, autonomous, and underground systems).</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">You will take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis, architecture planning, and hands-on coding in both frontend and backend technologies,</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">through to deployment and ongoing system monitoring.</div><div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Responsibilities:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Develop high-quality, robust architectures and scalable software components (frontend and backend)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead and participate in the planning, design, and implementation of new products and features</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java/ .NET (server-side) and React/JavaScript (client-side)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications and services</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Ensure all solutions meet user needs and business requirements</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Guide and mentor junior software engineers, contributing to their growth and development</div></div><div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, frontend oriented - working with React, JavaScript, and server-side technologies (Java/.NET)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Demonstrated experience with React development and the full web development lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience designing and building large-scale, scalable applications and microservices architectures</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Proven experience in project management and Agile methodologies</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">*Only relevant applications will be answered<br>#Netanya</div><br></div>
