Join us and take part in shaping mission‑critical software that empowers advanced defense and intelligence systems worldwide.</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead, mentor, and develop software leaders and engineering teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Define and apply software architecture, design standards, and development best practices</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive execution and delivery of complex software projects aligned with organizational goals</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate closely with product, systems, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration</div><div style="text-align: left">Promote reuse, standardization, and shared components across projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Establish and track KPIs for development quality, performance, and delivery</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead continuous improvement initiatives in agility, automation, and CI/CD pipelines</div><div style="text-align: left">Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of software personnel<br><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline</div><div style="text-align: left">7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years managing team leaders or multiple teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands‑on experience with Java, React, and/or C++</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong understanding of development lifecycles, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies</div><div style="text-align: left">Solid architectural background with ability to guide system design</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven success delivering complex multidisciplinary products on schedule</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with large‑scale distributed systems or real‑time environments - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in full‑stack development across client and server - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered<br>#Netanya</div><br>
