This is a strategic leadership role that combines deep technological expertise with hands-on management of global teams, delivering advanced products powered by cutting-edge AI, LLMs, and real-time Big Data technologies</div><div style="text-align: left">The ideal candidate brings both a strong engineering background and experience working closely with a wide range of clients – from enterprise to government and defense organizations</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Key Responsibilities:</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead end-to-end development of scalable Big Data and AI solutions, including real-time processing and intelligent automation</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage and mentor cross-functional development teams (20+ engineers) across global locations</div><div style="text-align: left">Define and implement technology and product roadmaps in alignment with business strategy</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee architecture, design, and execution of SaaS platforms at scale</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive innovation through AI/ML, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and executive stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Work directly with a wide range of clients and partners – including enterprises, integrators, and public sector bodies – to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions</div><div style="text-align: left">Maintain close working relationships with strategic accounts, including defense and intelligence sectors</div><div style="text-align: left">Promote engineering excellence, DevOps culture, and scalable cloud architecture</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">5+ years of experience managing development teams of 20+ people</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong hands-on expertise in Big Data technologies, including</div><div style="text-align: left">Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Kafka, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, NoSQL</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in designing and building scalable SaaS solutions</div><div style="text-align: left">Deep understanding of AI/ML, with practical experience in LLMs and NLP workflows</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong architecture and cloud-native experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with diverse client groups, including government organizations</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Fluent in English – both written and spoken</div><div style="text-align: left">Advantages:</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in defense, intelligence, or security sectors – major advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with tools such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, Hugging Face, LangChain</div><div style="text-align: left">Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in client-facing roles and delivering complex </div><div style="text-align: left">enterprise-grade solutions</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Ramat Gan</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
