Join us to lead talented developers, shape advanced architectures, and collaborate directly with senior management to define technological direction aligned with organizational strategy.</div><div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead a Full Stack development team including planning, prioritization, and performance management</div><div style="text-align: left">Build detailed work plans, monitor progress, and ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality products</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee architecture and development of frontend and backend systems using Java and React</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive and coordinate system integrations across internal and external platforms</div><div style="text-align: left">Work in Docker and Linux environments for development and infrastructure management</div><div style="text-align: left">Promote automation through DevOps principles and CI/CD processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Implement AI technologies to enhance efficiency, innovation, and user experience</div><div style="text-align: left">Handle multiple projects under pressure while maintaining high standards</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate closely with senior management and business teams to align goals and technology strategy</div><div style="text-align: left">Mentor team members, encouraging a collaborative and innovative culture</div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">:Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / related field</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of Full Stack development experience</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 2 years in team management or technical leadership</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong hands‑on experience with Java, React, and JavaScript</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with Docker, Linux, cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with AI‑based development or integration of AI tools — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with system integrations and cross‑team collaboration</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Strategic mindset and results‑oriented approach</div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Netanya</div></div></div>
