<div style="text-align: left">At Elbit C4I & Cyber, Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and excellence in system engineering, and we are seeking a dynamic System Engineer</div><div style="text-align: left">to drive our multidisciplinary efforts forward</div><div style="text-align: left">:Role Overvie</div><div style="text-align: left">As a System Engineer, you will be designing , integrating, and delivery of advanced Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) solutions for complex projects.</div><div style="text-align: left">This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams and international customers to meet operational and technical requirements.</div><div style="text-align: left">Key Responsibilities:</div><div style="text-align: left">Define system architecture and translate operational needs into technical requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop System Requirements Documents (SRDs) and detailed design specifications</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate between software, hardware, communication, and platform teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Presentation the system solutions and being part of project reviews such as SRR , PDR , CDR , FAT , SAT</div><div style="text-align: left">Working in an agile environment , defining work plans , manage backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct validation and verification scenarios to optimize system performance</div><div style="text-align: left">Deployment and delivery the projects to our customers abroad</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">:Qualification</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Engineering or related field (System engineering is an advantage)</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary systems - Defense industry an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge in artillery system or procedure is an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in communication systems and protocols</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in Agile environments</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Fluent in English; willingness to travel abroad<br>Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left">#Netanya</div>
