<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For our company site in Haifa, we are looking for a Technical Manager for Airborne Communication Systems</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and coordinate all technical interfaces in advanced airborne radio projects, from the final development stages through system integration across multiple airborne platforms in Israel and worldwide</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage complex technical projects in the field of airborne communication systems, in joint development with additional divisions, while maintaining close interface with program managers and customers in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee final development phases, with emphasis on software completion, troubleshooting and failure investigations, and support for flight testing</div><div style="text-align: left">Hold overall responsibility for system configuration control and management, integration with control and monitoring systems, and implementation in production lines (NPI processes)</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide system‑level technical leadership, including coordination across joint development interfaces and solving multidisciplinary system challenges with software and relevant engineering teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure optimal integration of the system within various airborne platforms</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautical, or Software Engineering- Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or Technological Management- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in technical management or leadership of multidisciplinary systems- Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with airborne communication systems or embedded systems- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in flight testing, integration, or NPI processes- Significant advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work effectively with multiple interfaces in Israel and abroad, including development divisions, production, and customers</div><div style="text-align: left">High proficiency in technical English</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Desired Skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong system‑level thinking and high technological analytical ability</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal skills and matrix leadership capabilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Accountability, independence, and sound decision‑making ability</div><div style="text-align: left">Broad vision combined with hands‑on understanding of development and production processes</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div>
