<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for</div><div style="text-align: left">For our company site in Haifa, we are looking for a System Engineer to join the Mission System Engineering team</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the development and integration of mission capabilities and sophisticated electro‑optical and SIGINT intelligence subsystems-software, firmware, and communications‑intensive within world‑leading unmanned aerial systems (UAS)</div><div style="text-align: left">Define system solutions addressing customer requirements, through detailed design, system integration, ground and flight testing, up to final delivery and implementation at the customer site</div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare detailed design documents (software and electrical design) for all airborne and ground system components, while coordinating among multiple development disciplines and intelligence payload manufacturers</div><div style="text-align: left">Integrate mission capabilities and intelligence payloads into UAV systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Support ground and flight tests to verify and mature system capabilities</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">The role requires the ability to work in a matrix‑based development environment, fast learning, analytical thinking, and a broad system‑level perspective, along with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Master’s degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in development, system engineering, or operation of electro‑optical or SIGINT sensors, or intelligence systems (imagery and analysis)- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in development or system engineering of multidisciplinary or software‑intensive systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with standards for video compression, audio compression (VoIP), and streaming- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with networks and communication protocols (IP, serial communication)- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands‑on experience with testing tools and instruments (oscilloscope, analyzer, etc.)- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Programming knowledge in Python- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with Real‑Time / Embedded systems- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with radio communication (RF)- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div></div>
