<div style="text-align: left">Elbit Systems is looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Karmiel site</div><div style="text-align: left">This is a key role focused on cross‑organizational process improvement, driving continuous enhancement of quality systems, supporting new technology adoption, and ensuring effective implementation of lessons learned and corrective solutions</div><div style="text-align: left">The position involves close collaboration with numerous internal and external interfaces, leadership in investigative processes, fostering teamwork, and providing professional support to engineering and quality teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Main Responsibilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and implement cross‑organizational quality processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Initiate, manage, and improve root‑cause analysis and corrective action processes for systemic issues</div><div style="text-align: left">Mentor and guide teams in professional development within engineering and quality disciplines</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop and apply methodologies for sharing and embedding lessons learned (LL) from investigations, PFMEA, MRB, and more</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide professional response to cross‑organizational customer complaints, including both internal and external clients</div><div style="text-align: left">Represent the Quality domain in projects introducing new technologies and support process validation activities</div><div style="text-align: left">Promote professional collaboration between the quality, production, and engineering departments</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Quality Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field — Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Prior experience leading organization‑wide quality improvement processes — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with investigation management methodologies and process improvement tools</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Assertiveness, strong leadership for cross‑organizational processes, and a service‑oriented approach</div><div style="text-align: left">Instructional and mentoring skills across multiple departments</div><div style="text-align: left">High‑level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
