<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><b>We are looking for </b></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Elbit Systems is looking for a Lead System Engineer to join the Haifa site.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Main Responsibilities</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead the development of hardware‑based products such as computers and sensors from the requirements stage through production and delivery to the customer</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Write product requirement and specification documents and analyze product performance</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Manage all stages of development within a multidisciplinary team (hardware, logic design, mechanics, software, and more)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Conduct internal and external development reviews</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead the development of electro‑optical, mechanical, and electrical test equipment</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Oversee integration and design validation processes</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Transfer products to production</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Provide product integration support at customer sites</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Prepare project work plans and budgets</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Previous experience in systems engineering / product management / technical management</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">At least 5 years of experience in board design - Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience in logical design, FPGA, or product management - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience leading projects combining hardware, firmware, electro‑optics, and software — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience writing requirements and specification documents for boards and assemblies - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience leading matrix, multidisciplinary teams - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">System‑level vision, responsibility, organization, and independent learning ability - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">#Haifa</div>
