<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For Elbit sites in Modiin and Haifa, we are looking for a Software Certification Manager to join our pioneering team dealing with the aviation regulation of Elbit’s most advanced aircraft and UAV systems. This is a unique opportunity to shape certification processes for cutting-edge civil and military aviation projects and to make an impact in a highly innovative environment</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead software civil certification processes in compliance with DO-178 standard within the company and subcontractors</div><div style="text-align: left">Accompany civil and military development projects throughout all certification stages</div><div style="text-align: left">Represent the organization before civil and military aviation authorities and major aerospace industries worldwide</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the approval processes for flight permits of aircraft and UAV systems and manage certifications for compliance</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate certification activities across multiple organizational interfaces</div><div style="text-align: left">Define licensing requirements, processes, and reporting needs</div><div style="text-align: left">Guide and review engineering documentation for regulatory approval</div><div style="text-align: left">Participate in flight safety committees for aircraft and UAV systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Take part in global standardization working groups in the aerospace domain</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Engineering degree relevant to aircraft or UAV system development – Aeronautical, Software, Electrical, or Systems Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience as a systems/software engineer or technical manager</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of managerial experience</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience as a certification manager - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience with Elbit UAV/aircraft systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight schedules</div><div style="text-align: left">Matrix management capabilities and strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with civil or military aviation authorities - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with certification and airworthiness standards - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad and work from the Haifa and Modiin sites</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div></div>
