You will play a key role in defining, designing, and implementing complex systems that combine advanced hardware and software, driving technological solutions from concept to customer delivery. Join a multidisciplinary team operating at the forefront of airborne systems development, and influence the next generation of defense aircraft</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Develop and validate complex systems that combine hardware and software, from concept definition through detailed design, integration, and customer delivery</div><div style="text-align: left">Define system requirements and document specifications and design</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead integration processes and manage interfaces between multiple domains in multidisciplinary systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Support production and testing processes with subcontractors in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide technical support throughout the product life cycle while collaborating with engineering, operations, and customer teams</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">M.Sc. in Systems Engineering - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in systems engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in military systems integration</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven ability to lead development processes in a matrix environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience managing subcontractors</div><div style="text-align: left">Fast learning ability and strong analytical skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Broad system-level perspective and strong collaboration and leadership capabilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Good command of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel to various sites in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
