We are looking for a Web Full Stack Team Leader for our site in Netanya</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">We develop simulators across air, sea and land domains – advanced virtual and live systems used for technical and tactical training. A simulator is a complex software system that recreates a virtual battlefield environment to train pilots, commanders and combat crews. The systems include virtual world modeling in 3D graphics and simulation engines that emulate operational arenas, entity behavior, weapon systems and sensors</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead a development team responsible for building a training management system and instructor station within the simulation domain</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive technological direction and hands‑on development in a web‑based microservices architecture, cloud environment.</div><div style="text-align: left">Play a key role in shaping an innovative product with direct impact on Elbit’s advanced simulation solutions, working in a high‑end technology environment and leading a strong, dynamic team in the defense field</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">3+ years of experience managing a software development team</div><div style="text-align: left">Significant experience in Backend development using .NET (preferably .NET Core/7/8)</div><div style="text-align: left">Significant experience in Frontend development using React</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands‑on experience working with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and a deep understanding of DevOps practices – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge and experience with security mechanisms in distributed systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with Docker and Kubernetes – advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with relational and NoSQL databases</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong leadership, problem‑solving and fast learning abilities</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Netanya</div>
