<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For our company site in Modiin, we are looking for a Technical Manager. In this key role, you will serve as the chief engineering authority for the UAV platform and system, holding end-to-end responsibility for design, integration, performance, and reliability of all system components</div><div style="text-align: left">As part of your work, you will lead the development of the aerial vehicle across all aspects, including OML, structure, system architecture, software and hardware infrastructure, propulsion and energy systems, communications and navigation, while ensuring future scalability and modularity</div><div style="text-align: left">You will coordinate the technical efforts across all engineering disciplines, lead system requirements analysis, define subsystem requirements, evaluate design alternatives, and make long-term technical decisions</div><div style="text-align: left">The position entails responsibility for meeting quality, schedule, and budget goals while ensuring a robust and maintainable platform for years to come.
