<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For Elbit site in Cyclone, located in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for a Quality Team Leader for Airborne Systems Upgrade and Development Programs to join our team. This role involves leading quality management processes in aerospace programs from contract initiation to program closure, while driving excellence, compliance, and partnership across multiple disciplines in a leading defense organization</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead quality management across aerospace programs, from contract phase through program completion</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage a team of quality engineers</div><div style="text-align: left">Participate in reviews and prepare quality plans and implementation tracking</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and manage quality processes throughout the program lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with company and customer requirements, and prepare and support external audits</div><div style="text-align: left">Ensure company compliance with all customer requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage quality processes such as MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Materials, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering - Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering management</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in the Air Force - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with AS9100 aerospace standard</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge of CATIA - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability for self-learning and independent decision-making</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong management, leadership, and cross-organizational process-driving skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with multiple interfaces and customers in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Karmiel</div>
