<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Elbit Systems’ site in Haifa is looking for a Head of the ORS Upgrades and</div><div style="text-align: left"> R&D Group to join the Operational Requirements and ConOps Specialist Directorate, Engineering and Development Department, Aircraft Division</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">This is a key leadership role in shaping and driving operational concepts across all projects and activities, collaborating with several Engineering Solution Lines and Business Units (such as Advanced Airborne Solutions & Strategic Programs, Helmet Mounted Systems, and R&D), within a dynamic and innovative aerospace environment </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead operational characterization activities and the formulation of operational concepts for all relevant projects and domains in the division</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage the professional discipline including the development of methodologies and work practices</div><div style="text-align: left">Recruit, mentor, and develop professional staff and lead the human capital in the domain</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive and implement processes to promote professional excellence, knowledge preservation, innovation, and continuous improvement</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate closely with Solution Line managers on current projects and roadmap development</div><div style="text-align: left">Be part of the directorate’s management team and lead collaborations both within and outside the organization </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Background in one of the operational domains — Aircrew experience Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Managerial experience in the Operational Requirement field — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong leadership, employee engagement, and coaching capabilities</div><div style="text-align: left">System-wide vision and ability to work in a multi-interface environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Engineering degree or Industrial Design degree — Advantage </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
