<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Elbit Systems is looking for a Head of Technical Management Team within the Helmet Mounted and Sensors Systems Directorate to join the Haifa site</div><div style="text-align: left"><b><br></b></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage and lead several complex projects for key customers in Israel and abroad within the Helmet Mounted Systems business unit</div><div style="text-align: left">Hold full engineering responsibility for a cluster of projects in the FW HMDS train for Helmet Mounted and sensor systems - from proposal stage and initial architecture definition, through development and transfer to production, up to delivery to the customer, including support for serial production</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide professional management and mentoring for a team of technical managers</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead engineering interfaces with customers in Israel and abroad, including major platform manufacturers and end users</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Work closely with business units, production lines, and internal engineering organizations to ensure goal achievement</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate internal and external interfaces, including presenting project status, risks, and budget topics</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Engineering – Electronics, Mechanics, Aeronautics, or Computers (M.Sc. — Advantage)</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience leading multidisciplinary projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven ability to lead and motivate teams and work in a matrix environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience managing development teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with helmet‑mounted display systems (HMDS) - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with international customers - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking), including ability to lead discussions and present materials</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
