We are seeking a Program Manager for the Observation & Situational Awareness domain</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Responsibilities</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">End‑to‑end management of complex, multi‑disciplinary development and delivery programs at the forefront of observation and situational awareness technologies</div><div style="direction: ltr">Driving innovation and integrating cutting‑edge technological capabilities into the company’s systems</div><div style="direction: ltr">Developing a deep operational understanding of observation and field‑awareness needs and shaping solutions that meet operational requirements</div><div style="direction: ltr">Managing strategic customers in Israel and worldwide in the field of observation solutions</div><div style="direction: ltr">Leading business growth through strengthening and expanding customer relationships</div><div style="direction: ltr">Managing cross‑organizational interfaces and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality program execution</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; engineering degree preferred</div><div style="direction: ltr">Proven experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects</div><div style="direction: ltr">At least 5 years of senior managerial experience in a similar role</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong decision‑making abilities under uncertainty</div><div style="direction: ltr">Business acumen and strong customer‑facing skills</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience managing cross‑organizational interfaces</div><div style="direction: ltr">Familiarity with electro‑optics – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience or background in intelligence/ISR domains – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">*Only suitable applicants will be contacted</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Rehovot</div>
