<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for a talented, proactive and highly motivated legal counsel to join our legal team at Elbit Systems Corporate Headquarters in Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left">Elbit Systems is an international high technology company, primarily engaged in the defense and homeland security arenas. Elbit’s stocks are publicly traded both in the NASDAQ and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Legal Division, handling a variety of legal issues across the organization, closely collaborating with management and business leaders</div><div style="text-align: left">Key responsibilities include providing legal advice and legal support to various corporate departments, such as HR, procurement, finance, export control, operations, IT etc</div><div style="text-align: left">Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements</div><div style="text-align: left">Supporting the company's compliance with Israeli and U.S. securities laws and corporate governance, implementing new regulations, compliance programs, procedures and ESG aspects</div><div style="text-align: left">Conducting legal work in relation to the company’s subsidiaries in Israel and worldwide</div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Qualifications and Skills</div><div style="text-align: left">LLB from a leading academic institution</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5-7 years of experience (post-internship) as a lawyer in a commercial department of a leading law firm or in-house legal counsel in a global company and willingness to learn new fields</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (a significant portion of the work is conducted in English)</div><div style="text-align: left">Proactiveness, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively</div><div style="text-align: left">Attention to details and thoroughness</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div></div>
