<div style="text-align: left">Elisra’s Electronic Warfare group, located in the MATAM technology park in Haifa, develops advanced naval EW systems designed to protect vessels from electronic threats and interference.</div><div style="text-align: left">This is a multidisciplinary unit combining software, electronics, mechanics, and algorithms into complex, high‑performance solutions.</div><div style="text-align: left">Working in a hands‑on environment, engineers are involved in all stages of the system lifecycle- from requirements definition and design through integration, testing, and field activity on naval platforms.</div><div style="text-align: left">We are looking for an experienced, motivated engineer who enjoys diverse technical challenges and teamwork.</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will:</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Take part in a multidisciplinary project involving electronics, software, mechanics, and algorithms</div><div style="text-align: left">Analyze customer requirements and derive internal requirements for each discipline</div><div style="text-align: left">Work closely with development teams across disciplines throughout the project lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left">Support technical reviews and integration activities in lab and field environments</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements:</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in the development of multidisciplinary systems integrating hardware, software, and mechanics</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in preparing and participating in system technical reviews</div><div style="text-align: left">Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability or willingness to learn mechanical and motion systems</div><div style="text-align: left">High‑level technical English skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Creative thinking, ability to solve complex engineering problems</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad for work and testing</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">This is a great opportunity to join a small, professional engineering team working on cutting‑edge naval EW systems - combining hands‑on engineering with meaningful technological impact</div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant candidates will be contacted</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div></div>
