<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">At our Haifa site, we are looking for a Systems Engineer to leading the development of advanced UAV avionics and C4I (Command and Control) systems.</div><div style="text-align: left">If you are passionate about complex technological challenges, eager to innovate, and want to take part in projects with real operational impact — come be part of a leading engineering team shaping next generation UAV systems. </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead design, development, and verification of complex software intensive System of Systems solutions, from concept definition through detailed design, implementation, integrations, and testing</div><div style="text-align: left">Define system and sub system requirements and prepare detailed specification and design documents</div><div style="text-align: left">Guide and mentor software engineering teams throughout the development process</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct design validation and implementation reviews according to defined requirements </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline</div><div style="text-align: left">Master’s degree in systems engineering – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering, software development, or product management of a complex software intensive system</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in multidisciplinary systems design and integration</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with systems based on multiple TCP/IP interfaces</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with Microservices based and WEB based architectures</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in developing Command and Control (C4I) systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with UAV operation and architecture – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to design applications utilizing AI tools</div><div style="text-align: left">Leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong analytical skills, quick learning ability, and system level thinking</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
