<div><div style="text-align: left">We are looking for</div><div style="text-align: left">For our company site in Modiin, we are looking for a Customer Manager in the field of technical and logistical services, for a key and impactful role within the division. This position includes full responsibility for providing technical and logistical solutions to the company’s customers-from product delivery to end-of-life of the system</div><div style="text-align: left">This is an opportunity to shape the customer experience, work with a variety of technical and operational interfaces, and be part of a professional team that operates in an environment of collaboration, excellence, and national security significance</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide responses to technical inquiries and professional support in coordination with engineering and operations teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage and follow up on equipment arriving from customers for repair</div><div style="text-align: left">Plan materials and equipment for procurement requirements and preventive maintenance activities</div><div style="text-align: left">Hold daily and weekly calls with customers to provide status updates and ensure system availability</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage overseas shipments and close the service loop with the customer, including coordination with import/export functions</div><div style="text-align: left">Maintain continuous collaboration with program managers, ILS, engineering, production planning, procurement, quality, and subcontractors</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Previous experience in an industrial company in operational or business domains- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with UAV systems- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with ERP and CRM systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Full proficiency in Office applications</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive customer-oriented approach</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div></div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div>
